TRX Body Saw Exercise (GREAT core exercise!)

One of my favorite TRX exercises is the Body Saw. This variation of a plank is GREAT for targeting the core. Once in the plank, glide body back towards the anchor point. Return back to the original position in a slow controlled movement.
